Referendum democratic movement or theatrical play?

And suddenly George A. Papandreou, Prime Minister of Greece, decide to call the Greek people to a referendum. Apart from the odious debts to private lenders, there is a secret, a political game, behind this call. The truth is that the Greek people don’t owe Troika a single penny and they cannot be compelled in any legal way to follow the first memorandum. The referendum, which Troika is aware of, is a well designed theatrical play to support George A. Papandreou but also a double-edged sword for them.

 Greek people can be legally bounded against any third parties only under their Constitution. That means that any usurpation of power by the State authorities without the compliance of the Constitution doesn’t bind the people of Greece. This was known or they ought to know by the lenders, firstly cause the Greek Constitution is a valid public document and secondary cause the lenders began to give part of the loan agreement on their own initiative. Because a huge sum of money was paid by the side of the Greek state that means the Troika team had a complete study of the Greek law. 

Therefore, the loan agreement had to come to the Greek parliament for ratification, which yet has not been done.  Although Troika knew that, they continue to provide the Greek state with parts of the loan with their own responsibility. According to the Constitution, the minister of the finance or anyone else can commit the country without any legitimate authority.  To vote the law that ratifies this treaty requires the agreement of the three fifths of the parliament members, but cause of the denial of the New Republic to vote that agreement never came to the parliament for ratification.  Therefore, unconstitutional came into force in knowledge of The Troika, which not binds the Greek people.  So that loan agreement it doesn’t bind the Greek people but also any other government in the Greek future can refuse to return the money to them. 

So today, Troika and George A. Papandreou call the Greek people to decide in the referendum with the blackmailing dilemma “In or out of the Euro?” but the real question is “Yes or No to the loan agreement?” which underground want to succeed Troika not to lose the money they have given till today and also to get their hands on Greek property.
