Finally was created this famous government which was called “Salvation Government”. Not in a democratic way but in succession. They all support that will save Greece. What they really mean by this?
Let us recall what was meant to do the previous government of George A. Papandreou. Was intended to sign the new agreement with Troika and collect the sixth installment of the loan. What wants Troika from the new government? The agreement to be signed shortly and apply immediately the agreed. Therefore what is the difference of the new government from the previous? Pressure by the Troika does not leave room for any negotiation.
Then, after the new government is exactly the same as the previous, with simple variation on the participation of all right-wing political parties, why people feel so relieved? What they did not like eventually to George A. Papandreou? They didn’t like that was not starring in the scandals of Goldman Sachs in 2001? Why People forget so easily? Because you cannot forget that on 27 June 2010, exactly one year ago, the New Republic called Mr. Lucas Papademos to inquiry for structured bonds to deposit on the infamous Swap of Goldman Sachs. Today after 17 months, the world is talking about consensus in the person of Mr. Lucas Papademos.
